We are currently looking to purchase a vessel suitable for fuel oil bunkering and coastal/regional fuel logistics. Our target specification is as follows: Vessel type: Product tanker or self-propelled ocean-going barge DWT: 7,000-8,000 DWT preferred Budget: Up to USD 5 million, subject to condition, class status, and equipment Hull: Double hull Class: ABS preferred, but open to equivalent IACS class Trading: Ocean-going / seagoing operation Cargo: Suitable for HSFO and VLSFO operations Cargo system: Heating coils required Segregation: Preferably able to carry 2-3 different products with separate lines/manifolds Manifolds: 2-3 separate manifolds preferred for different product handling LOA: Approximately 120 meters maximum/preferred Propulsion: Self-propelled Engines: Diesel engines, preferably European make, Caterpillar, Cummins, or equivalent recognized maker with available spare parts Build: Singapore-built preferred, but we are open to other quality shipyards Status: Preferably in operating condition, with valid class/certificates or clear path to reinstatement
